1. Who we are

2. Delivery area

We currently deliver only to the following postcode districts: SO14, SO15, SO16, SO17, SO18, SO19, SO50 and SO51. We are unable to accept or fulfil orders for addresses outside this area. We may change our delivery area at any time.

3. Delivery times

Deliveries take place daily between 6pm and 10pm. Orders placed before 9:45pm are delivered the same day, subject to availability. Orders placed after 9:45pm are delivered the following day's 6pm–10pm slot. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed to the minute; we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g. traffic, weather, vehicle breakdown).

4. Delivery charges

A delivery charge of £2.50 applies to each order. Orders with a subtotal of £30 or more, excluding the value of any tobacco products, qualify for free delivery. We may change these amounts at any time; the charge shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

5. Age-restricted products

Some products we sell — including alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes, rolling tobacco and vaping/e-cigarette products — may only be sold to and purchased by persons aged 18 or over, in line with UK law. By ordering these products you confirm that you are 18 or over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy: our delivery driver may request photographic ID (passport, photocard driving licence, or PASS-accredited ID) from anyone who appears to be under 25, and may refuse to hand over age-restricted items, or the whole order, if satisfactory ID cannot be provided or if the recipient appears to be intoxicated. No refund will be given for age-restricted items refused on this basis.

6. Placing an order

An order is only accepted once we have confirmed it. We may refuse or cancel an order at any time, for example if an item is out of stock, if we are unable to verify age for restricted products, or if we suspect fraud. Product prices, descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible but occasional errors may occur; if we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you before proceeding.

Product photos are for illustration only. Some images may show the item's outer packaging, a multipack/case, or a manufacturer's price-marked value (e.g. "PM £X.XX") printed on the pack — this does not necessarily match the exact packaging you receive, and manufacturers change price-marked packaging from time to time without notice. Any price printed on a product or its packaging is not the price you pay: the price you are charged is always the price shown on this website at the time of checkout. We accept no responsibility for differences between a product image and the item delivered, or for price-marked values shown on packaging.

7. Substitutions and availability

Occasionally an item you have ordered may be unavailable at the time of picking. Where this happens we will aim to contact you, and any unavailable item will be removed from your order and refunded or not charged accordingly.

8. Payment

We accept payment by card (processed securely by our payment provider, Teya) and cash on delivery. For card payments, your card details are handled entirely by Teya and are never seen or stored by us. For cash on delivery, please have the correct amount ready where possible.

9. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel an order by contacting us before it has been dispatched for delivery. Because much of our stock is perishable or time-sensitive, once an order is out for delivery we may not be able to cancel it. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a refund or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Promotions and coupons

Coupon codes and promotional offers are subject to the conditions shown at the time (such as minimum spend or expiry date), may be withdrawn or changed at any time, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or your order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
